Did you realize that I was responding to Tim Chow's specific question of how likely it is to draw the defective if there is exactly one defective in the lot and you take 30 samples without replacement?

If you wish to get actual probabilities as answers to your questions you need to be prepared to give a prior distribution. For more read about Bayesian statistics.
