All I know for sure is that I'm not making a point! In such positions you want flexibility.

Over the board I'd pick 18/11. If I'm going to have to make a point later, I want one in my own outfield: 11, 8, and 7 being desirable overall, 9 being dubious but sometimes useful, and 10 being generally undesirable. So, 18/11 stays flexible, aims at my outfield and slots a desirable point.

Of point-making plays, 21/14 seems like the best one--but I've been burned way too many times on such moves to make the 14, 10, or 18 point here.
