Fibs problems

I still am having the same problem. I uninstalled it and then reinstalled and I still get the same message. I also reregistered with a new username and password and that did not do the trick either. I informed the contact at fibszilla and he did not have a solution. Any other suggestions? He did mention about the heavy number of users but any time I try to connect it is the same message.
