13/7 11/7 puts much more pressure on Black's back men and isn't very dangerous. It keeps the slot for the 21 anchor, keeps good coverage of Black's outfield, and duplicates some of Black's even numbers to anchor and to attack. If White can hit something next turn, as when Black hits loose and White hits back, the broken four-prime looks even nicer.
