Fibs security risk

I stand by my original statement in response to W Womack. I checked my firewall and fibzilla is allowed on the internet. All of the suggestions given on this forum I tried with no success. I know what I am talking about otherwise I would not post the statement. Other top techs have said the same thing. Sites such as Fibs are blocked if there is suspicious activity for security reasons. If Mr Womack can tell me why after numerous settings checks and rechecks and all suggestions done my computer does not accept fibs I am all ears. My computer is very good at detecting anything suspicious after continuous appointments with professional computer techs. Anyway I stand by what I said and thank you all for your help.
