Michael. Thanks for posting my email to everyone. As I said to you I did give up after what my techs said. You do not know what techs I have so to say that about my techs is ridiculous.As I said they have been experienced in computers for a long time and are experts in the field. As far as giving up I did after several conversations and appts with my techs. If my techs could not find out the answer they would tell me. As far as not doing everything I could do I followed all suggestions that everyone had here. On that email sent to Michael nobody here had any more suggestions and that is why I said what I did. Please do not critizize unless you know my techs personally and know their experience. Regarding the Fibzilla forum it was said that some people were getting spam emails.How could it be from bots and what difference does that make? Spam mail is spam mail. Thanks again Michael for posting my email.
