1. 6/4(2) looks clear. Then there's a choice between 24/22(2) and 13/9. I think I prefer 24/22(2).

2. Locking up the anchor consolidates our advantage while hitting doesn't seem to gain enough even when it works. 24/18 22/18.

3. 24/18 seems clear and then it's 13/10 vs. 6/3*. I'd hit since we're behind in the race and we don't White's checker to escape.

4. Can we cash next turn? I think so, unless White rolls 66 or 55. Leading 5a7a, I think we cash sooner than for money in a low-gammon position like this one. So 15/10(2) 8/3 6/1 looks slightly better than 15/5(2) since it blocks 66.

5. 9/1 is the obvious play. Alternatively we could attack with 8/6 4/2*(2) 3/1. The cube is already turned so there is some motivation to play aggressively for the gammon. I'll try 8/6 4/2*(2) 3/1.
