#1: 8/5 6/5. Maybe a QF trap, but I cannot see anything else here.

#2: Bar/23 13/12*. Maybe at Gammon Save another move could be better. But here?

#3: 24/23 13/7. I think the split is dangerous, but necessary. White has a strong double anyway.

#4: 13/3. Looks more flexible than 8/2 6/2. And 24/11 leaves the attack for White.

#5: 13/8 15/11. There are 6 shots for White. 16 backshots for Blue. I think the gain in diversification and flexibility is worth it. After 15/6, sixes become a problem.
