In Response To: Volunteers help grow the game (Chiva Tafazzoli)

I'm not sure what falls under the 'risk management' umbrella but it's hard to believe they don't or aren't able to learn well before the age of 12. Even in chess we've seen a grandmaster at the age of 12.
