I suspect you left out a zero somewhere.

18 and 10 looks right - you want to run the last checker, you do not want to put too many pips at risk, you want to develop the stack on the midpoint, and you want to seek contact now, backed up with the better board. With Black's blots exposed, this looks like a good time to run out to the bar with a lot of returns if hit.
