To make sure you're not confusing things I'm talking about the second roll of the game, in other words the opening roll and then the next roll and not your second move which would be the third roll of the game assuming you won the opening roll. The non obvious rolls that you listed as third rolls have all been rolled out. It seems obvious to me to play both off the mid in your given examples except for maybe 65R-62S-63.
