I don't have rollouts at hand. However, as I recall, the best plays (for money) are:

    65R-62S-62 D
    65R-63S-62 D
    65R-62S-63 X or D (tied)
    65R-64S-63 X
    65R-63S-64 D
    65R-64S-64 D

Compare to the second roll positions 62S-62, etc., where X (hit-and-split) always beats D (hit-and-Down) for money, as you noted.
