Run, 2 down from the mid, slot the 4, or splot? I think slotting the 4 beats 2 down so that leaves 3 possible plays. QF and the fact that your title includes the word "surprising" suggests that running isn't best, so I'll guess that splot is best. 13/7 24/21.
