Explaining Ray's Incredible Success

Of course I'm jealous of Ray's success, I wish I'd win as many events as he does. I'm not trying to insinuate he won it only because he entered a lot of events, I want to know if that's the case. If it is, I'm flat out saying it, if it's not, even the more impressive his feat is.

People seem to get annoyed at trying to look at the real picture instead of just patting someone on the back and taking it for what it's worth. That's why I included the Pete Rose record in my original post. Pete is my favorite player and what he accomplished in his playing career is HoF worthy no doubt but if you look at the big picture some of his accomplishments are not as impressive as they could be or I wish they were.
