1. It seems clear to me to attack, though I'm not sure of the best way to do that. I'll try 8/4*(2).

2. Blue has some ways to attack or fill in her 4pt, but not that many, so I think White's race lead and strong board is enough to give her a take. D/T.

3. Keith Count says this is a close drop but I suspect that the Keith Count isn't fully accounting for the fact that the straggler has to come home before Blue can start bearing off. So I would take for money. Not sure if the score makes a difference but I'll still go with D/T.

4. Blue has an impressive 42-pip race lead and I think only 65 forces Blue to expose a blot immediately. I would double and am not sure about the take. Blue could face some future difficulty playing safely, but I'm going to drop. D/P.

5. Blue has only 8 checkers in the zone and only two home-board points made. On the other hand, Blue has a big race lead and many rolls that hit a second checker. I think it's still a take, but not a bargain. D/T.
