I agree that reevaluating with Bot2 the plays you got right according to Bot1 must necesarily increase your total error.

However when you reevaluate the plays where Bot1 says you failed, you know that Bot1 gives these a low score, and from this we should expect that Bot1 is on average more likely to underestimate these, than other positions. Thus I would not think that Bot2's expected evaluation equals Bot1's evaluation here.
