Snowie Version 4.5 for sale on EBAY...

Vista should run Snowie 4.5. I know I helped someone on R.G.B. a few years back and then did inform me they got it working. have you tried right mouse clicking on the Snowie icon and select "Run As Administrator..."? The other alternative that is more drastic is to turn off UAC altogether.
