I think it's a bit more complicated than that. With Blue's checker so far back, this isn't quite a last-roll position. White has a trivially easy take, so against most players I would be quite hesitant to turn the cube.

But it's true that if Blue loses his market then it will usually be by a lot, so that argues for doubling now.
