I would use B (Both) here following the hit/most/six rule. Since 24-16 hits, it is the primary choice. I am hoping that Nack will confirm or correct my understanding.

You are correct, sir! B = 24/16* 13/9(2), and b = 24/20(2) 13/9(2).

Likewise, E = 24/16* 6/2*(2), and e = 24/20(2) 6/2*(2). And C = 24/16* 8/4(2), and c = 24/16* 8/4(2).
