I gave a simple example of this today in a lesson. If you misplay an opening 31 at 15 away 15 away you're probably giving up roughly 1% match equity but if you make the same play at double match point you're giving away about 6% match equity. It's clear that emg figures don't do thinks like this justice. I haven't actually read Jeremy's explanation yet, it's on my never ending to do list.
