Suggestion for where to look for a bug

My best guess too would be to look at the first roll. At SHG, bot players roll a number at the start of each game and reroll when they roll the same. My impression is that they each roll the same number hugely more than the expected one-sixth of the time and having to roll three or four times to start the game is commonplace. I have no stats to back this up, because this is all not reflected in the game record, but it wouldn't surprise me if doubles are somehow being sucked out from the rest of the game and into the initial roll.
