Since you mention Neil's Numbers I am assuming your MET was Woolsey's.

This is a bad assumption as I have never even seen Woolsey's table. I have been using g11 & Neil's #s for years. Haven't made the adjustment to R-K yet.

As I mentioned I came up with all the right numbers except instead of 15.5% for our fully live TP I came up with 16%. Where I went wrong was with our recube vig which I figured was about 50% between fully live and cubeless.

No one has yet offered a reasonable explanation of why our take point is 17%.
