This type of early plays can be hard for me. Candidates: 24/18 13/10 ; 24/15 ; 13/7 13/10.

After move we are ahead in the race for 8 pips which argue for racing play, white has better board and those stack on midpoint and will be happy to hit and bring more builders in outfield. If we play both checkers from the mid we strip midpoint and while ahead in the race get suspicious timing.

I think we have to split to bar point now when white has only eight checkers in zone after which I play 13/10 to get new builder for 5pt and to keep my back men connected. If we continue with 18/15 we have no six from the bar as return shot.
