Just off the top of my head (take what you wish, leave the rest):

When faced with your friend's partner cheating, tell the cheat they have 24 hours to tell your friend. If they don't, you can proceed with a clear conscience and tell them yourself.

NEVER lend a friend money, shoes or jewellery.

Count to ten when tempted to respond hurtfully or angrily. Yes, it works.
