There is a lot of QF in this for me because OTB I would be tempted to make the weak 13/6, but now that I am thinking about it... Seems that you have three priorities here: 1) get the back man out, 2) deploy your midpoint stack, and 3) try to block his forward anchor. One play that addresses all three is 13/9 24/21.

It is a bold play and it duplicates fives. In studying early game positions it seems that boldness and duplication are at a premium and this might be one of those positions.
