Clocks allowed

We used this rule ('Clocks Allowed') at the last Southeast Championships for all Masters, Doubles and Open division matches. I supplied all the clocks and I never had more than two clocks checked out at any one time over the whole weekend. I know the posters on this board are generally very much in favor of clock use (as am I), but the 'rank and file' do not nearly have the rabid enthusiasm for clocks as you might think.
