Best night for club play

We are trying to kickstart a local weekly informal BG club. We will play at a bar/restaurant that has ample table space. We can play outside when the weather is good and inside when it is not.

In the past, we have played on Wednesday nights. I wonder what the optimal weeknight is. I figured Friday, Saturday and Sunday are no good. Mondays are OK, except for football season (Monday Night Football). That leaves Tuesday, Wednesday and Thrusday. Then again, this analysis may be all wrong, thus this post.

So, what have you found to be the best weeknight to play on a weekly basis?
