Which 2 days to go to the Florida Championship?

I plan to go to my first real backgammon tournament next month, the Florida Championship. [ http://www.world-backgammon-association.com/images/stories/pdf/fo%20bg%20florida%202011.pdf ]

However, I will only go 2 days.

I find all the play options (e.g., blitz, knockout, last chance, etc.) a bit confusing. My objective is to have a lot of fun by playing as much as possible in those two days.

The question is: which two days should I go?
