Nomenclature: Please, no "touch move"

Since this idea is fairly new to backgammon discussions, please let's not say "touch move" unless we really mean it. From what I've read, almost no one is seeking a "touch move" rule similar to chess.

"Lift move" (as Leonardo just used) and "shift move" are much more descriptive for what is being proposed. Maybe there are better terms, but "touch move" isn't good, it's just confusing.

We have a chance to start off on the right foot by using the proper term. We all have to put up with enough misnomers in our lives that we should avoid creating/perpetuating them when possible.
