A few people said 'gammons pay double' or 'maybe at dmp' but nobody came out and specifically said 'since our gammon value is ~X and our opp's is ~Y then I make play Z'. Maybe some of you knew it or thought it was so obvious it didn't need stating but this play I think is heavily dependent on where our gammon value and our opponent's falls.

I think the reason I didn't/don't say those things is because gammon values only have about five different values to me: 0, low, like money, elevated, and 1. And that kind of granularity is pushing it. Here, I know my gammon value is elevated and my opponent's is low.
