XG is cracking, and have to give more away on the next roll, so no need to volunteer a shot with 8/5. That means shuffling checkers in the home board, so how to best do it? Regardless of how we play, we have to strip a home board point. Hard to be sure about what is right, but stripping the four point seems to leave less potential for big damage. We may be forced to play off the four with 2's, but 2's can also be played from the 6 point. If 3's can be played from our four point it means XG has abandoned the ace anchor, and the situation is quite different. I'll try
6/5 4/2.
