UTC time zone????

Not sure what GGT is. The vast majority of the USA goes from Daylight to Standard and back in the spring and fall (I think Arizona and part of Indiana are the exceptions.) Is GGT in South America or something?

'GMT' (Greenwich Mean Time) and 'UTC' are functionally the same, and don't change from season to Season. London time DOES change for Daylight Saving time.
