UTC time zone????

The vast majority of the USA goes from Daylight to Standard and back in the spring and fall (I think Arizona and part of Indiana are the exceptions.)

Someone else here can speak for Arizona, but Indiana changed a few years ago and now we're just as screwed up as at least 47 of the "lower 48". Thankfully, starting Sunday the sun will rise an hour earlier than what it did today. I'm still confused as to how US political decisions can affect the movement of the sun. No wonder politicians feel drunk with power.
