Problem 1 Typically you hit in these kind of early game, close/behind in the race situations. But Blue has no board and White gets ~29 shots at Blue's checker on White's 7-point after the hit. I'm for solid: 21(2)

Problem 2 OK, sure looks like an ND so QF says you're supposed to double. (As an aside, compare how many Whites pass this compared to how many White's take later when it's a pass -- like me, for example.) ND

Problem 3 Running out garners max value from the cube. When I own the cube I want to use it. (Or is luckbox White going to anchor, ending up with the position in problem 2? Oh, wait, the cube has been turned.) 23/14
