rec.games.backgammon

The USENET group rec.games.backgammon used to be a prime place to discuss backgammon on the Internet. USENET as a whole is nearly moribund, but some groups survive, and r.g.b. is one of them. It could, however, benefit from a few more active participants. Take a look at

For those who were scared off from r.g.b. by the trolls, I'll mention that there haven't been any trolls for a while. Once in a while there's the inevitable complaint about cheating dice, but I'd say that in the past six months the signal-to-noise ratio has been pretty high. For example, so far this month (November), eleven problems have been posted for discussion and there have been zero lunatic postings.
