How many matches you play per week?

I am interested how many matches you play per week?

I am looking for some balance in my spare backgammon time. How much you need to play to stay in same shape and how much you need for further improving?

Off course it depend off players skill but it will be interesting to hear various experiences.

I made some calculation and find that in last four months I played 41 pts/per week. Or one 11 pts, three 9 pts, and ...change per week.

How about you?
