In general, I'd expect the median to be close to the mean but slightly lower, and the upper quartile to be further from the median than the lower quartile. The reason is that the PR can't be less than 0.0 (with outplays turned off) but it can be arbitrarily high. So one would expect your bad PR's to be further above the average than your good PR's are below the average.

However, your reported numbers for Stick violate these expectations. If there are no bugs in your calculations, then that's quite an interesting fact.
