Nactation help needed

I would probably learn this faster if I worked harder on finding the answer myself. Unfortunately, I am in my busy season at the office and the need to Nactate well isn't waiting for my job to end. I have listed my attempt at finding the best expression along with my reasoning.

41S-21S-51S [23-18, 9-8] 9-8 is furthest from the six point

41S-21S-51h [9-8, 6-1*] H would be 8-2*. After 6-1*, 9-8 is further from the six point than 8-7.

41S-21S-51z [23-22, 13-8] I ranked 24-23 over 23-22 based on most points. I'm not sure that rule applies to S and Z.

41S-66B-51c [23-22, 9-4] I ranked 24-23 over 23-22 based on most points. I ranked 9-4 over 8-3 based on closest to the six point. I'm afraid that I might be several layers deep rather than 2nd place in the family.

41S-66B-51A [9-4, 6-5] closest to the six point for both.

Help is always appreciated.
