player travel distance for some US Midwest tourneys

From the Calcutta sheets of a dozen Midwest tournaments I attended since beginning of 2009, I approximated the travel times of individual players and tallied them for both the Open and Advanced/Intermediate divisions. You can use these as you like. I was mostly concerned with the totals, which show that half of Open players are more than 5 hours driving time with only 18% within an hour. Intermediates are closer, divided roughly 1/3 each among < 1 hr, 1 to 5 hrs, and more than 5 hrs.
