Big skill difference, cube adjustment?

While playing blue, I evaluated the following as a rather clear R/T between equally skilled players. However, I was playing a much inferior opponent (difference >= 10 PR).
Do you think refraining from redoubling would be EV+, or that would be too much of a stretch?
In your opinion, assuming exactly a 10 PR difference, on which point should the white checker on the 18point be for this to become a borderline practical redouble?
