gnu statistics rollout feature

The feature is only on cube decision rollouts, turn bearoff truncation off, don't stop and restart the rollout, and when the rollout ends (or you end it) click on "show statistics" before you close the rollout window -- that's the only time you can access the statistics. They're not saved.
