Unable to print positions with eXtreme Gammon

I am evaluating eXtreme Gammon. Trying to print positions using the "Print as Publication" option. The eXtreme Gammon font is installed.

All I get is a blank first page and a 2nd page with an error message:

ERROR: undefined OFFENDING COMMAND: top STACK: /Frame

Note that I am able to print positions using the "Print as HTML (using images)", so the problem lies with the "Publication" option.
