XG cube analysis -- Methodology question

I guess no one was too interested in this one, which XG says is a take. But I'm wondering how it can be a take, given the cubeless equity of 1.17. Can cube possession be that valuable in this position? Also, is it likely that white will become too good over 7% of the time?
