Given that the two programs finds the exact same errors and error sizes the PR will be worse than the ER since XG doesn't count forced moves (for instance fans) and "trivial" moves. However, XG is better than snowie so snowie will punish moves which are not incorrect or not as incorrect as snowie thinks. On the other side of the coint XG might punish incorrect moves more harshly than snowie since it is closer to the truth. Wether this favours your ER or PR will be player dependent. The better you are as a player the more XG will like your play compared to snowie.
