Meh checker play problem.

I wonder how many people didn't need 'meh' defined. As for the play, I feel pretty meh about it. I'm not leaving a shot as there will be too many hit and cover plays for really little to no gain. Another blocking point is not likely to be made and I'm up in the race. If I'm not leaving a shot that leaves really two plays in my mind. 8/5 6/4 or 13/8.

I'm working under the assumption this will turn into a race with either side being able to disengage on most doublets. OtB I would not waste any time and play 8/5 6/4. 13/8 could well be correct preparing to get the midpoint down to 2 checkers thus allowing some doublets to play better bringing both outfield points closer to home.

A rollout of these positions is also a little sketchy. Much like XG bearing in on 3 ply, there will be some similar decisions on how XG shuffles checkers v. making inner board points to preserve timing etc... that I don't agree with.
