withdrawal check NOT received from play65

Can anyone help me with an unpleasant situation regarding an unpaid (but confirmed) withdrawal from Play65??? Before they closed I made a request to withdraw my funds and received confirmation via email with a transaction number etc. Unfortunately the check NEVER arrived and they are not answering any of my emails! I will gladly compensate any information that leads to the recovery of my funds! Any suggestions???
