More easy aces

Even with two of the aces forced (turning this into a non-doublet roll) it still looks like a tough decision. There are four attractive aces to play: individually they are 24/23, 24/23, 13/12, 6/5.
I don't see how this can be timed as a backgame so any thought of keeping the 24-point long term (e.g. playing the clever looking 3/2*) appears myopic.
24/23(2) likely saves the most gammons and concentrates on going forward -- allowing Blue to concentrate all his effort on the homeside. Unfortunately after that play the next 6 is ugly. Balancing, given that Blue doesn't want either checker to remain on the 24-point, the scarceness of future opportunities argues for at least one 24/23 move.
13/12 is diverse and looks like the play that gives Blue a good chance to sequester White's back checker. But how realistic is that? Only two rolls next turn make the 8-point and that assumes White doesn't roll one of his hitting numbers (which would be twice as numerous!).
7/6 feels right. It takes care of the next 6 (13/7) and it doesn't leave any shots. Goldilocks is right once in a while, even in backgammon. Maybe this is her turn.
25/23, 25/24, 7/6
