unilateral rolling choice

While we're on the subject of rolling, what do you think about the following requests?

As of now, AFAIK, the best allowance for baffle boxes and dicetubes (in the US, anyway) is "at the agreement of both players".

What if your opponent asked to use one of these devices for his own rolling and said he didn't care if you declined and used the standard lipped cup?
