I have the newest version of GNU 20121023 for windows. I have found that there is a 0.14.3 underneath the 20121023 version in my programs and features in the control panel.I understand there is a new 0.16 version,but as I tried to find it on the download page of GNU,it only has the above 20121023 to download. What is the 0.16 and do I need to download it as new update? If so, Where do I download it from? Thank you in advance.
