White's raw takepoint is 8/31 or about 26%, so it's a bit like money, except your gammons are worth less once the cube is turned. I don't see anything particularly special about the recube vig,
1) blue is ahead in the race, has better position, with roughly even threats. That's usually double/take as long as there are market losers (there are). Here, the outfield control, the exposed blot on the 16, and the fact that blue is about to spring his remaining runner may push it into pass territory. I can't see how it would be too good with white owning the three point, so ship it according to Kit's law.
I'm going to say pass, but I'm not entirely sure. With blue at 2 away white can turn the cube freely next game once she's ahead.
2) White has terrible structure. I try to avoid these every-other-point games. Any 2, 4, 6, or 9 is big trouble for white. Some rolls like 62 and 63 are duplicated, but there are lots of rolls that play very well for blue. Looks like a pass.
Too good? Perhaps. But i'd ship it.
D/P for both.
